Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email at beanngoc1995@gmail.com within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
Please note that any orders that have already been produced or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the producing reason.

We use the industry leading machines and the best in world coating and finishing process, this allows us to stand 100% behind our product. We offer across our product lines a 100% satisfaction guarantee . If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will do everything we can to get that smile back on your face. We want you to feel at ease and be confident that the product that you would be receiving would be world class and an absolutely stunning piece of art.
Products are warranted against defects of materials and workmanship. Any product found defective will be replaced without charge when the product is returned to us. Please email us (beanngoc1995@gmail.com) with submitting all evidence to clarify product error (the photos of product error and shipping label). After reviewing, we will notify you of next steps. Without proof of defect/purchase, the item cannot be replaced. This warranty applies only to new products sold at retail value and to the original purchaser within 15 days after your item received.
Our warranty does not cover:
Fabric tearing or ripping by sharp or foreign objects;
Damage from animal chewing;
Fabric fading due to hanging in inappropriate conditions such as rainy, mold, damp room
Damage caused by abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.
